This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome comments, offensive or discriminatory language, or actions that interfere with another person’s ability to enjoy the event. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns to event staff, security, or by visiting the show office. Marketplace Events may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including removing anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws.
How do I purchase tickets?
Purchase your tickets online to save $1.00 and avoid the line-ups. You can also buy your tickets at one of the box offices setup outside the show entrance. Ticket prices at the show are: $16.00 for adults and children 12 and under are free of charge.
What are VIP tickets?
VIP Shopper Morning tickets get you access to VIP shopping hours Friday, November 20, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Your VIP Shopping Pass allows early admission to the show on Friday from 9 AM-12 PM with limited number of guests for ease of shopping and first chance to purchase from the 2026 show vendors!
VIP hours on Friday are stroller, cart & wagon free. If you must bring a stroller, you may safely leave it in the stroller parking area in the lobby, but it will not be permitted into the show between 9 AM and 12 PM on Friday.
What is Early Bird Admission?
Early Bird Admission is a limited ticketed shopping time Saturday, November 21 from 9 to 11 AM.
Saturday Early Bird Admission hours are stroller, cart and wagon free. If you must bring a stroller, you may safely leave it in the stroller parking area in the lobby, but it will not be permitted into the show between 9 and 11 AM Saturday.
Are strollers, carts & wagons allowed on the show floor?
Strollers, wagons & carts are strictly prohibited during Friday VIP Shopper Morning (9 AM -12 PM) and Saturday Early Bird Admission (9-11 AM). Strollers carrying children are welcome at all other times.
Also, please visit our conveniently located, secure, FREE gift check area to drop off purchases you’d rather not carry. We can even help you out to your car when you’re done!
Is food available for purchase at the show?
Food is available for purchase from the concessionaire at the show.
Do vendors take cash, credit cards and checks?
Each vendor determines what type of payment he or she will take, so particular vendors may accept one or all of the above. There is no AM on-site at the First Financial Center.
How should I handle a large or bulky purchase?
If you purchase a large item at the show, check with show management at the registration desk in the lobby.
Are ATMs available?
No. There is no ATM on-site. First Financial Convention Center is cashless.

Are children welcome?
Yes! Children 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult. However, please note that during VIP and Early Entry hours, strollers are not permitted on the show floor. They are permitted during all other shopping times.
Where can I store my purchases?
There is a free, secure package check at the show. So if your arms are loaded down with great finds after shopping one aisle, just pop over to the package check, drop off your purchases, and shop the next aisle unencumbered. It’s easy and free!
Where should I park?
Yes. There is parking surrounding the building in metered street spaces, private flat lots and privately managed garages.
